What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQs vary by line: 50–100 pieces for sewn pouches, 500+ for economy PEVA bags, and 1,000+ for PPE consumables. Mixed-product containers are welcome — combine several SKUs to reach a full load.
Can you manufacture to our specification?
Yes — OEM is a core part of our work. Send a drawing, sample or photo and our engineers return a production proposal within 48 hours. Size, material, mil thickness, handle layout, zipper style, printing and packaging can all be customized.
Do you provide samples before bulk orders?
Yes. Stock samples ship within 3 days; custom samples take 7–10 days. Sample cost is refunded against your first bulk order.
What are your lead times and shipping options?
Stock items dispatch in 3–7 days; production runs take 10–20 days depending on quantity. We ship FOB, CIF or DDP by sea, air or rail, and handle export documentation including certificates of origin.
Are your bags compliant with institutional protocols?
Our pouches are built to the specifications commonly required by coroners, hospitals and disaster-response agencies: welded seams, load-tested handles and documented QC. Share your protocol or tender text and we will confirm compliance point by point.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment), irrevocable L/C at sight for larger orders, and PayPal for sample orders. Other terms can be discussed for long-term partners.
