▸What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by line: standard adult body bags start at 100 pieces, economy PEVA at 500, and PPE consumables at 1,000. Mixed-SKU orders that fill one carton per SKU are welcome, and we can consolidate several lines into one container.
▸Which materials do you offer, and how do I choose?
Our three core materials are PVC (durable, cost-effective), PEVA (chlorine-free, crematorium-safe, lighter) and reinforced vinyl (maximum strength for disaster and bariatric use). Tell us your protocol — cremation, cold storage, field recovery — and we will recommend the right film and mil thickness.
▸Are your load ratings tested?
Yes. Handles and floor panels are static-load tested per batch, and every shipment includes a QC report. Ratings are stated conservatively — for example the BB-200 heavy-duty pouch is rated at 200 kg and the bariatric BB-300 at 320 kg.
▸Can you manufacture to our tender specification?
Absolutely — custom work is a large part of our business. Send a spec sheet, drawing, photo or physical sample. Our engineers return a production proposal within 48 hours, including custom sizes, materials, handle layouts, closures, printing and serialized tagging.
▸Do you provide samples?
Standard-line samples are free of charge; you only cover courier cost. Custom samples are made against a small tooling/sample fee, refundable against the first bulk order. Sample lead time is 3–7 days.
▸What shipping terms do you support?
EXW, FOB (Tianjin Xingang), CIF and DDP to most markets. We work with your forwarder or book freight on your behalf, and provide full export documentation including certificates of origin.
▸What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with balance against B/L copy. For established partners we discuss LC at sight and OA terms. All invoices are issued with full export documentation.
▸How fast can you ship in an emergency?
Core lines (standard adult, heavy-duty and disaster pouches) are stocked and can dispatch within 3–5 days by air or express for urgent requirements. Tell us your deadline and we will build the fastest workable plan.
